April is Autism Awareness. Are you aware of how awesome you are as a parent for your child?! This month for our ASD Parent Network meeting we will be having a social outing to relax and connect over some great food and/or drinks.

Join us at POUR Wine Bar & Bistro in Otsego from 6:30 - 9:00 on Wednesday, April 1st. Come and go as your schedule permits. Please RSVP by Tuesday, 3/31 to car_men@juno.com so we know how big of a table to get so that we can all be located together.

April Special Needs Families Support (SNFS) Network

SNFS is a group to support families who have a child, or children, with special needs. This group is not exclusive towards one diagnosis. These meetings are an open forum for discussion and casual, come and go as your schedule permits.

"If I Knew Then What I Know Now" – Reflections from a road less traveled

Join us for a conversation with Alice Strom, mother of an adult daughter with Down syndrome. She will share with us her personal experiences from the perspectives of raising a child with special needs from infant to adulthood.
Alice is also an ECSE teacher & Initial Intake Facilitator for the Elk River Area school district, where she has supported families and helped them navigate the early steps in their journey of raising a child with special needs.
